We offer a broad range of shipping options owing to our long-standing partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff will package every item to our exacting requirements. Your goods are thoroughly checked and properly secured before shipping. We deliver to hundreds of thousands of customers every day in different countries. Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a separate processing time for each item.
We will inspect each and every one of the items before sending. Currently, most orders are shipped within 48-hours. The delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us since we have multiple entities, including the factory and our storage. So the actual stock may change at any time. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.
The item should not be used, and it must be in the original packaging. It should also be in the original packaging.
